Mujer Athletika currently ships to the United States, Puerto Rico, Canada, Mexico, and Colombia.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Promotional shipping offers, including free shipping, may be available from time to time. These offers are subject to the terms displayed during the promotion and may be changed or discontinued without notice.

Customs duties, import taxes, and local handling fees are not included unless specifically stated at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders require processing before shipment.

Processing times may vary because of product availability, supplier operations, order volume, weekends, and public holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

Canada: approximately 6–9 business days
United States: approximately 7–20 business days
Mexico: approximately 8–20 business days
Colombia: approximately 10–20 business days
Puerto Rico: delivery may take longer because of carrier routing and local delivery conditions

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Delivery windows are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of customs inspections, carrier disruptions, severe weather, holidays, high order volume, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our control.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once it becomes available.

Tracking updates may take several business days to appear after shipment. International shipments may show limited updates while packages move between countries or carriers.

Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking information and contacting the local carrier when delivery assistance is required.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please contact us immediately if you notice an address error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or shipped.

Mujer Athletika is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders may begin processing shortly after they are placed.

Changes or cancellations are not guaranteed after processing begins. Please contact us as soon as possible if a change is required.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, handling charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country or local authorities.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Mujer Athletika is not responsible for customs delays or packages refused because applicable charges were not paid.

Separate Shipments

Items from the same order may occasionally ship separately because of inventory availability or fulfillment routing.

Customers will not be charged additional shipping fees when this occurs.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please review the tracking information and contact the local carrier first.

You may then contact us with your order number so we can investigate.

A package is not considered lost solely because tracking updates are delayed. Refunds or replacements for lost shipments will be reviewed after the carrier or fulfillment provider confirms the package is lost or the applicable investigation period has passed.

Packages Marked as Delivered

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it:

Check the delivery area, household members, neighbors, and building staff.
Confirm that the shipping address entered at checkout was correct.
Contact the local carrier for delivery confirmation.

Please contact us promptly if the package remains missing.

We will assist with an investigation, but we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement for packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided.

Delays Outside Our Control

Mujer Athletika is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, transportation disruptions, government actions, international conflicts, or other events outside our reasonable control.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers and obtain shipment updates.
